Stefanie Flodman practices in the areas of family law, including guardianships, appellate work, juvenile law, adoption and general litigation. Ms. Flodman successfully argued before the Nebraska Supreme Court to establish new law with respect to employer retaliation against employees who file workers’ compensation claims. Ms. Flodman is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Lincoln Bar Association. She is a trained family law mediator and has over 5 years of experience working with the Lincoln Mediation Center and served as the southeastern representative for the Nebraska Foster and Adoptive Parent Association (2006-2008). Ms. Flodman has presented continuing legal education seminars on several of the above areas.
